To refund or exchange your item please ensure it is in its original state, unused and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase must also be given upon returning or exchanging the item.

We will not be liable for any shipping costs incurred for returned goods

If your item has been used, a maximum of 20% may be deducted from your refund upon evaluation of the item.
