    SHIPPING CHARGES AND SPEED

    • The delivery time counts from the moment your order is dispatched. We normally dispatch all our orders within 1 working day, if you need the order dispatched on the same day please call 0121 247 0020 immediately after placing the order and before 2pm (Mon-Fri)

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    We do accept returns and process exchanges within 30 days, provided that the following applies:

    • All returned items must be unused with original labels and packaging and including proof of purchase (invoice).
    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless item is incorrect or faulty on arrival, for which we will require you to contact us prior to to sending the item back.

    Refunds & Exchanges

    • If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered for any reason, we will give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us unused with original labels and packaging, including proof of purchase within 30 days.
    • If you are returning the item in order to exchange it, please contact us prior to sending the item back so that we can verify that we have stock and reserve the stock for the exchange item as required.

    • In line with the Directive on Consumer Rights you have a 14 day cooling off period in which to cancel your order in full. All items from your order must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the parcel, and we must also have in advance, a written request from you clearly stating that you wish to cancel the full order. We would then refund the full cost of the order including the original shipping charge. This does not include the cost of returns, which must always be covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect- please then contact us to organise a prepaid label.

    • If your return is posted outside the 14 day cooling off period, or if only part of the order is returned then the original postage will not be refunded

    Faulty or Incorrect Items

    • Should you receive an faulty or incorrect item, we deem to replace or refund this provided that the damage is not caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or failure to follow recommended use, care or maintenance instruction. Please contact us prior to sending faulty item back.
    • We do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on after-use warranty claims, as your warranty is a manufacturer warranty not a Warwickshire Clothing warranty. However if the product is incorrect upon receiving, your postage will be refunded and the product replaced if you contact us within 14 days and you post then the item using Royal Mail Second Class (note that more expensive services such as First class, or special delivery will not be refunded in full as we can only refund a maximum of £4.99 of the postage costs).

    Cancellation

    • If you changed your mind or realise that you have chosen the wrong size or item, please note that usually we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order via telephone calling 0121 247 0020 we will try to amend or cancel before the order is sent to the warehouse for processing.

    HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:

    • Standard Post: At your local Post Office. 
    • Drop in our store: Bring your invoice with you and you are welcome to come in to drop the item at our store.
    • When returning an order, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs, we do not refund the postage charge, unless the item is faulty or the order was incorrect

    • Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
    • No weekend or after hours delivery currently available.
    • Warwickshire clothing is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
    • Certain countries have customs duty payable for importing products and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to research & make payment of any customs duty/import tax that might be payable.
    • While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. We take every care to ensure that the images used are correct and the colour shown accurately; however we are not liable for your browser bar setting, your interpretation of colour or the environment in which you first viewed the garment on the screen and the environment in which you opened your parcel. A slight colour variation may become apparent on receipt of your order. 
    • We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies unless negative feedback has been left or threatened or abusive and offensive language is used.

    • Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and refunds).
    • Warwickshire Clothing accepts that on occasion the site may display pricing, typographical, or other errors. In this instance, we will notify customers of any errors and give them the option of cancelling or confirming their orders.
