This is a replacement hat of the same style as one I purchased over 40 years ago at the Royal Agricultural Show. The quality of the replacement hat is excellent. I thought that it wouldnt be so robustly made and not of such quality as the original hat. HOW WRONG WAS I? The fit true to size and a very very good price. This hat was cheaper than the one it is replacing and is equally as good being the same weight, with a slightly wider brim and the same quality leather. It's breathable and the front of the mesh has a piece of leather that can be moistened with water for a colloing effect. Very pleased.
