The cost of the available delivery options will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order and charges apply as detailed below.
The delivery time counts from the moment your order is dispatched. We normally dispatch all our orders within 1 working day, if you have ordered a next day special delivery (THIS IS NOT EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTION) after 12pm you need to contact on 0121 247 0020 immediately after placing the order and before 1pm to have it dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday) or your order will not be dispatched until the next working day.
International deliveries are sent via a Tracked delivery to only to the countries listed below. (More destinations to come soon)
Some small items qualify for free shipping to UK addresses if purchased separately.

Returns/Exchange & Refund Policy
We are more than happy to refund or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.
Your item must be in its original state, unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be given upon returning or exchanging the item. We will not be liable for any shipping costs incurred for returned goods
If your item has been used, a maximum of 20% may be deducted from your refund upon evaluation of the item.
If your item was originally sent free shipping we may deduct the postage cost of the item.
Our sales team will unfortunately not be able to help you with returns so if you have any questions email us on info@warwickshireclothing.com and one of our team will get back to you.
Instructions for returning an item:
You can prepare your item to be returned to us by enclosing a copy of your invoice within the package. If you cannot find your invoice, please include a note stating your order number, name, contact details, reason for return and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action on your return.

We advise obtaining proof of posting from your chosen courier when sending back your parcel. If we have arranged a collection for you, please make sure you pack the item, as the driver might refuse to take it otherwise.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team that would be more than happy to help resolve the issue. In the event of a faulty or damaged item we will reimburse or cover the cost of shipping the item back to us depending what country you reside in. This will be refunded upon receipt of the goods if applicable
Missing Items
If your order has been dispatched but has not arrived within the expected time period, please email: Info@warwickshireclothing.com and our team will investigate. You may be required to fill out a form so that we can process any claim that is made with our carriers.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order but your item has already been shipped, we are not liable to cover the cost of delivery and will be deducted upon refund of the cancelled item if it has been shipped. If it hasn't been shipped, you will get your full refund including delivery
