Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro/Switch and American Express and Gift Cards (please note, Gift Cards are only valid for use online when shopping via our UK website at www.warwickshireclothing.com).
We also accept payment via PayPal.
Q: Can I amend an existing order?
A: As soon as we receive an order, we aim to dispatch the items very quickly usually within 1 working day Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any Changes. Should you need to make any changes to a new order, please call our Customer Services team on 0121 247 0020 as soon as possible and we will certainly do all we can to assist you.
Q. When do you charge me?
A: When placing an order your online or over the phone we will charge your card unless stated otherwise and you will receive confirmation of this via Email upon placing your order.
Q. Who will deliver my item?
A: Warwickshire Clothing has built up a great relationship with our carriers and we offer a wide range of options depending on your needs. If you live in the UK your order will be sent through Royal Mail or Parcel Force. For Outside of the UK we use Skynet Worldwide.
Q: When will my items arrive?
A: When using our standard shipping please allow 2-4 working days for your item to arrive. If your item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a new estimated delivery dispatch date should there be one.
Our next day service will be sent out the same day if ordered before 12pm Monday-Friday but does not include weekend deliveries unless you select Saturday delivery upon checkout (If you order on a Friday your item will arrive Monday at the earliest.)
For UK orders, If you have not received your order or an attempted delivery card within 5 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible on 0121 237 0020 and we will attempt to locate your shipment for you.
Q:Id like to return an item for a refund, how can I do this?
A: If you would like to return your item for a refund its simple just visit our returns page and follow the instructions or contact one of our team on 0121 247 0020 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: How can I exchange my item
A: You can send the item/s back to us for exchange. Please fill out the "Exchange" section of on the invoice you received. however you will have to cover the costs both ways when doing this. Send the item back to: Exchanges, Warwickshire clothing, Kampia House, 48 Warstock Road, Birmingham B14 4ST (Please refer to our terms and conditions on exchanging before doing so)
Q. I've received the wrong item, what can I do?
We're very sorry to hear that the item you have been sent is the wrong product so lets fix this. Using the delivery note contained within your parcel, Please contact us on 0121 247 0020 or email Info@warwickshireclothing.com with your order ID and one of our team will assist you in resolving your issue.
Q. Are my details safe when Shopping on your site?
Warwickshire Clothings web site and any transactions on the web site are protected by SSL
If you decide to order online, we will ask you to enter your card details as part of the ordering process but not to worry, these details are encrypted using a SSL secure server before sending and are only ever stored in this encrypted format. we do not store or have access to any of your card information. if you require more information on this just click here
