The advertising of Products on the Site constitutes an “invitation to treat”; and your Order for Products


constitutes a contractual offer.


No contract comes into force between you and us unless and until we accept your Order.


In order to enter into this Agreement with us, you will need to take the following steps:


1. You must add any the Products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the

customer, you must enter your login details. Or if you are checking out as a guest the agreement is entered once you submit your order.


3. Once you are logged in, you must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your Order and your

4. We will then send you the First Acknowledgment; and


5. Once we have checked whether we are able to meet your Order, we will either send you the Second


Acknowledgement (at which point this Agreement will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email


that we are unable to meet your Order.”


Please note that we will not file a copy of this Agreement. We may update the version of this Agreement on


the Site from time to time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible.

B2B Agreement


(This agreement is only applicable to Business to Business purchases through Warwickshire Clothing or Entity's, Person's or person that represent it)




-Payment required on a pro-forma basis to reserve product(s) required moving forwards to avoid unnecessary delays.


-Returns only accepted within the first 28 days of sent product(s) and written return request is required at all times within 72 hours


of receipt of merchandise, request to be sent to Jason@warwickshireclothing.com for confirmation and acceptance. Any requests


over this 72 hours period can be refused and no refund or exchange offered.


-No product(s) returned damaged, used, without original packaging or tags that are identified as the buyers own negligence or


responsibility, shall result in a no refund or exchange being offered after acceptance of written request.


-We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances.


-Returns due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.


-All refused deliveries are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to transportation charges.


-On orders delivered to parties other than the buyer, it is the responsibility of the buyer to verify accuracy of style, colour, size and


quantity with the consignee. We cannot and will not be responsible for discrepancies on orders received by parties other than the


invoiced customer.

Order Process


An order confirmation email is sent to confirm receipt of your order. This email is a confirmation of the goods


ordered but does not constitute order acceptance or confirmation by Warwickshire Clothing. Payment is taken from your card at the time that we receive your order. If we are unable to supply the ordered goods you will be contacted as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Warwickshire Clothing  will take place on dispatch to you of the goods ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.




Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. Where we discover an error in the price of the goods ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. Prices quoted throughout our online store include standard UK VAT where appropriate. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Our Website prices are exclusive to our website only and do not reflect in store prices.


Prices on our Facebook are not valid for price matching, We use those prices as a guide line but pricing may not be updated as frequently as we would like to. If you need a price that is on our Facebook this will not represent any prices that are on our site or in-store.




Our aim (but not guarantee) is to dispatch goods within 24 hours of order and your delivery will typically be

 received within 2-4 days (Monday to Friday) when using our standard delivery option, although this may take up to 15 days.


Most items listed on the website are in stock. When items are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 24 working hours in our working days (Monday to Friday).


Under the unforeseen circumstance that the item you have ordered has been available to buy through the website but is not in stock, please allow us 1 to 3 working days for re-stocking the item in your order. In this instance your order will not be dispatched within 24 hours. If your order cannot be dispatched within 3 working days, we will contact you via email providing an explanation and an estimated delivery date should this be made available to us when restocking.


Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible. Deliveries to remote areas of the country may take longer to deliver than the times specified above. Your goods will be delivered using either Royal Mail or a specialist carrier.


Some deliveries will need a signature on receipt and if there is no one present to receive the delivery a card will be left. You may specify an alternative delivery address at the time of placing the order if you choose.


As the receiver of the goods, you will take responsibility for any re arrangements that need to be made with our carriers, We will however assist you to the best of our ability to make this a smooth process. Any redelivery fees you incur will be sole responsibility of yourself or who bares the delivery name on the letter, Parcel or packet.


Credit/Debit Card Payments


When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a landline telephone number (not a mobile) to be used in case of query. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta by secure server.


Pre Orders




PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not currently in stock however they are available to order.




Pre-order is placing orders in advance before they are available and requires a full payment of the retail price and the full delivery charge.




When you pre-order an item we guarantee availability and then reserve the item for you.




Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your Orders as this will be a contract between you and us as a seller.




After you have received your "pre-order" item you have the same 14 day period to notify us should you wish to return it for a refund.








1. On ordering 100% of the item and the full delivery cost (standard delivery is Applicable on checkout) is to be paid.




2. When the item arrives we will email you to advise your item is in stock and will be dispatched




3. Estimated Date of Arrival: Our suppliers are generally very good on their delivery estimates however on occasion deliveries can take longer than we expect. We will try to keep you updated with any changes in the delivery estimate wherever possible but please be patient as these items are not available yet.




4. Cancellation: Ordered items are considered sold and the "pre-order" cannot be cancelled.  Please ensure when placing your pre-order that you are happy to agree with these terms. Once you have paid for and received the item our normal return policy applies (14 days to inform us and a further 14 days for the item to arrive with us).




5. If for any reason the item you ordered does not arrive with us within a reasonable amount of time we will refund you in full.




7. The item price is confirmed when you make the pre-order, no changes (up or down) in price will be made until it arrives into regular stock.




8.  All UK and EU import duties, taxes and delivery costs to our store will be paid by Cargo.  There will be no additional charges added to your order if we are delivering within the European Union except out normal delivery charges when purchasing. (VAT is included in the retail prices on our website).






We warrant to you that any Product you purchase through the Site will be of satisfactory quality.


Your warrant to us that: you have full authority, power and capacity to enter into this Agreement and that all necessary actions have been taken to enable you to lawfully enter into this Agreement; you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; the information provided in the Order is accurate; and you will be able to accept delivery of the Products as contemplated in this Agreement. Subject to the warranties set out in above, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we disclaim all warranties with respect to the Products, whether express or implied. Your warranty will be with the manufacture of the product and not with Warwickshire Clothing.


Craghoppers Guarantee


The Craghoppers Lifetime Guarantee is valid from 12 months of purchase date. After 12 months you will have to go directly to Craghoppers to resolve your issue. You will need valid proof of purchase and the Items will have to be registered under the Craghoppers Guarantee that will be verified.


Items will be either repaired or replaced or replaced for a like item in stock that we consider a like for like replacement from the current Craghopper season.


This guarantee does exclude damage that may have been caused by misuse, unusual wear and tear, accident or alterations.


Craghoppers Footwear only has a 1 year guarantee and is not part of the lifetime guarantee.


Consumer Rights


You may cancel this Agreement at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the Products


(subject to the limitations set out below).


If you cancel this Agreement on this basis, you must inform us in writing and return the Products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them. Products returned by you within the 7 working day period referred to above will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the Products to you).


However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the Product to us.


If you cancel this Agreement on this basis and you do not return to the Products to us, we may recover the Products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the Products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you.




Unsuitable (incorrect) or defective items may be returned for a refund providing they are received back at our logistics centre within 30 days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by a completed returns form. We recommend that all returned items are sent using an insured delivery service for your own protection. we must receive prior notice for defective items and will provide pre paid labels for such instances, We will refund reasonable carriage costs incurred by returning defective items only, but we will only do so if we send you this in writing agreeing that we will. we expect you to choose a cost-effective method of carriage in preference to an expensive next-day service. anything above £3.99 will not be refunded and you will be liable for these costs. Defective products will be replaced without a further delivery charge. Items that are being returned that are not defective or incorrect Warwickshire Clothing LTD accepts no liablity for postage costs; We regret that we cannot


accept returns of videos, DVDs, books and computer software unless they are found to be defective.
